The staff and facilities were very nice.

The door lock/key card was problematic; we had to keep asking someone to let us into the room and the door handle was broken. Several other guests reported the same issue with key cards and doors.

The other room accommodations were acceptable, but the pillows and bedding were terrible.

The cleaning staff paid close attention to detail for us. Only one person worked in the breakfast area, filling food containers as they emptied. She was friendly, but I think there should have been two people working together. She couldn’t keep the tables clean and handle everything else. There could have been a friendlier way to contact the hotel by phone.
