“Great Hotel and location”
The place is clean and in a good location, with no complaints.
“The property is amazing. I assume you should have some kind of night manager available.”
The room was nicer than I expected, but the TV remote didn’t work; I had to unplug the TV to turn it off. I called the front desk and a man offered to come up, but traveling alone, I didn’t feel comfortable with someone in my room after 9 pm. The remote was sticky, the red light blinked as if connecting, yet I couldn’t control the TV. Later, I had a horrible headache, went downstairs for pain medication, rang the bell, but no one came. I pressed it two more times, took the Alleve myself, and left a note on the computer keyboard with my room number and name so the front desk could bill me for the medicine.
“Great hotel! Great value!”
Everyone was kind, the rooms were roomy and clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Nothing else was off.
“Clean Hotel, Comfortable Rooms, Good Location, Adequate Breakfast”
The breakfast had a decent variety—bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice—but the oatmeal was too watery; starting it earlier or using less water would help. The window is very limited, closing at 9 or 9:30 depending on the day, and the space isn’t set up for families, so you’ll need to move tables and chairs to sit together. The room itself was well equipped with cups, plates, a fridge, cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher, but the pillows were not firm and there were no extra blankets. For a longer stay, the oatmeal and lack of fresh fruit options were the main negatives.
“Leisure stay”
The room was spacious and looked clean, and the staff were friendly. The shower pressure was terrible, there were blood stains on the comforters, and the AC made a lot of noise.
