It’s a tiny room with a pull‑down bed, which is fine. The shared kitchen is stocked with plenty of appliances, and they hand out bread, eggs, and milk; two small supermarkets are an eight‑minute walk away. The location is excellent. The lift could move faster.

The spot is very well‑located, the shared kitchen is nice, and the terrace is cool. The staff is not very present and slow to react. The rooms are extremely cramped, the air‑conditioning is faulty, and breakfast is uneven—there’s not enough bread and some days there’s no fruit juice. The price‑quality ratio is only average.
