“Beautiful, family experience!”
The hotel looked beautiful, everything felt brand new, and the staff were helpful, but I couldn’t get through to customer service and the rooms were never cleaned during our 4‑day stay.

Free public parking is available nearby, and the front desk operates from 8:30-22:30.

The tinaja was ready when we arrived, which I thought was a cool touch; we got there late and were monitored and guided from hours before, the guard helped us with our bags in the rain, the breakfast was varied, the central pool was spacious and comfortable, everything was very clean, and the natural setting made it easy to disconnect from phones and enjoy the place’s natural perks. The main bedroom had a slanted wall that caused a couple of bumps, nothing serious.

The location in the forest, the walking trail, and the tinaja were all excellent.

The covered pool, breakfast, and staff friendliness were great, but the dome we were assigned was far from the main path and poorly marked, so we got lost at night and had trouble finding our dome.
