The spot was fantastic, the bed was insanely comfy, and everything stayed super clean. The only downside was that parking cost extra.

Parking wasn’t secure because the door was broken, the bathroom towel rail was stuck on full heat and couldn’t be turned off, making the room too hot.

“Comfortable modern room in excellent location”

The location is excellent, central but quiet. The room was clean with modern facilities and the bed was nice and comfy. Check‑in was effortless, with keypad entry, and the property’s communication was very good. Overall I’m happy! The room was compact, just enough for two people, but tall guests should be aware of the sloping ceilings due to the building’s design. The wardrobe space is limited – I had a long wedding dress and there were no hooks to hang it. A bathroom shelf for toiletries would have helped, and a few décor touch‑ups are needed (cracks, wall scuffs, grubby grout/tiles, etc.). The tea/coffee station was very limited – just Nescafé and PG Tips, nothing else. That’s fine if that’s what you like. The fridge was humming loudly, and in our view it’s a bit excessive for the room size. It may sound picky, but when you pay a premium price your expectations are premium too.

“Excellent location, reasonable room with friendly staff.”

Great location, parking is available at a price, and the place is clean and tidy. The room is a bit small, only skylights and a towel rail in the bathroom that was stuck on hot in August. The bed is very soft and the mattress needs replacing.
