The location was close to the highway, but the hotel looked under construction, the entrance door was broken, I asked for help with the TV about three times and no one helped, there were no phones or lamps in the room and I saw cockroaches, I don’t think there was even a continental breakfast, and the elevator sounded like it was about to break.

The location was fine. The TV didn’t work, the toilet moved when you sat on it, several electrical outlets had no cover, the bathroom vent/lighting had no cover, the sheets had yellow aged stains, there were dirty spots on the walls, and it was not as pictured on the website.

The room was clean, the laundry was functional, the staff were nice, the parking lot had a Mexican special on the curb and the house food was decent, but the carpet on the hallway and stairs was dirty.

I paid 742.00 for the period from Aug 22 to Aug 31, got all my appointments done, and checked out on Aug 27; they promised a refund of 342.00 that would be mailed, but nothing arrived. They blocked me from calling, so I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. They also promised a handicap room, but when I arrived there was none; I was stuck in a regular room without any handicap facilities, which is a problem for me since I have cancer and limited mobility.
