The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The views were stunning.
The hotel's central location was a major selling point, but unfortunately, the noise from the street was a constant issue.
The room was spotless and had loads of space - I could even see the sea from both the balcony and the window.

Sea views are offered from the Presidential Suite’s living area and bedroom. The suite provides a separate bedroom with two beds, a living room with seating and a wardrobe, and a private bathroom equipped with a walk‑in shower and free toiletries. Air conditioning, a flat‑screen TV with cable channels and sound‑proof walls complete the room’s amenities, and it can accommodate two guests plus a crib.

“Rất cụ thể 😉”
The staff were friendly and helpful, even letting us check in about 30 minutes early and greeting us with a tropical fruit platter. Our suite was well‑equipped with a spacious wardrobe (four‑five hangers per person), TV, air‑conditioning, fridge, a large bookshelf, a window seat with sea views (though another building blocked the sunrise), a safe balcony with chairs and a table overlooking the city, and a comfortable sofa; the bathroom featured a bathtub with an indoor curtain, a big mirror cabinet, full toiletries, a bidet hose, daily replacement of toilet paper and trash, and a shower with three settings. Security was solid with an automatic lock, doorbell and peephole. Breakfast offered a wide range of Vietnamese and Western dishes, plenty of seating with city views, and the pool was clean; the hotel served drinks from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm at reasonable prices, the lobby was spacious with many seats, and there were two elevators for quick movement. Nearby you’ll find a hospital, cafés, a dining area just 100 m away, and the beach about 200 m distant. The welcome fruit plate could use a different dish and platter, the pool’s drainage channel still had green algae that needs a thorough clean, the coffee would be better as G7, and the shower gel, shampoo and hand soap should be supplied in pump bottles.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was nice, and the room was spotless.
“Perfect location, but choose only for shorter stays”
The spot’s spot on, right by the metro and Fort Canning, in a nice area near Fine Arts University. We snagged an upgrade to a slightly bigger room and appreciated the water filter and comfy beds. The pool was a highlight, and it was one of the cheapest choices near the center when I booked. However, the windows won’t open, so with the room’s tight size it feels claustrophobic. The rooms are really small—no bedside tables or room for bags. The bathroom smelled awful on arrival, like dirty, humid wet cloth, and humidity is a constant issue; we had to open the room door for ventilation after a shower. Setting the air conditioning was a hassle.
Breakfast and the staff were fantastic, surpassing all expectations; the coffee, soup, and abundant fruit were excellent, and the restaurant staff deserve praise for their professionalism. The only suggestion is to install a dedicated translation desk for quick communication and to designate a single smoking area on the right of the exit, so non‑smokers on the left could enjoy the space without inhaling smoke.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its staff, especially those working in the restaurant—they were always polite, neatly dressed, and performed their duties without disturbing guests. The restaurant was always cozy and clean, with pleasant music, good and varied breakfasts, a large and comfortable room, daily housekeeping, and responsive reception staff. The only thing that would improve the stay is the addition of a balcony.
