The staff were super friendly and the room had everything you need, but the Senseo coffee in the common area was nice in theory yet not drinkable.

Upon arrival, the host next door immediately came to hand over the keys; parking was convenient, the facilities were clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was shared with everything required.

The room was spotless and everything worked perfectly. The staff were friendly, though I ran into a billing issue: we initially booked one night, then extended to two nights in coordination with the hotel, but we were charged for two additional nights and lost the first payment because it was treated as an unrefunded cancellation. The host said he didn’t know and would ask his wife, but we never heard from her, and the support team confirmed this and sent a fee waiver request (keeping me in the loop) to the hotel, which never responded. When I repeatedly asked the hotel for help via the host’s email system, I was given various odd explanations about why I couldn’t get assistance from the host (the husband). For example, he said he had to ask his wife because she handles all the paperwork, or that they had no idea what was happening. On top of that, the husband repeatedly told me, “I’ll try to find out and get back to you,” but he never did. Either the host took the money and didn’t help, or he showed no real interest in sorting it out. We’re very disappointed because the host could have done more than just shrug his shoulders and leave us hanging. When we asked him again about this upon arrival, that was the exact reaction we received.

Top‑class room and great hosts. The communication before and during the stay was always smooth, and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is a fantastic addition! We’ll definitely come back.
