Beautiful, quiet environment, peace of mind. A lovely room where you find everything you need. The hotel is clean, the wellness area cozy, and I even used the little lake for cold showers. The surprise was the plentiful breakfasts, a little from every corner. The only tiny downside for us was the soft mattresses, but that’s different for everyone. Otherwise the stay was excellent and we’ll definitely return.

“Ubytko fajn, seznam na dveřích je level Balkán.”

We had arranged in advance to have the bed made, but that didn't happen when we arrived. The list on the door that tells the guest to check the furnishings and the charges, and that there will be no scratch, is absolutely frustrating.

The modern furniture and comfortable beds were nice, and the surrounding nature was lovely. However, there were far too many chores for a vacation—I kept having to count dishes to see if they matched the description on the door. The sauna I booked wasn’t ready, and breakfast wasn’t gluten‑free, so I had to arrange my own. It was only one night, which was manageable, but I wouldn’t stay longer.
