The accommodation looked lovely and was very comfortable. Everything else I liked.

Marco proved to be an absolutely delightful host, reaching out before our arrival and keeping us updated throughout. He even allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the city on the day we checked out. I would definitely return.

The bed was incredibly comfy and the room lighting was great. Little extras such as sweets and water were much appreciated, and the shower had excellent water pressure with a stunning bath. The huge TV offered plenty of channel options. Breakfast was lovely, and Marco was friendly and accommodating. It was the best place we stayed during our five days in Italy, and I highly recommend it. Honestly, I have no negatives about this place. 10/10.

What stood out most was the owner, charming, impeccable, and super punctual, making us feel at home from the first minute. The location is a 20‑minute walk from the main attractions and 10 minutes from the train station. It was quite dirty, even though the owner cleaned it every day. The facilities are very old. The alley where it’s located feels a bit disrespectful; homeless people sleep there at night and there’s barely any light.
