“Mengecewakan”

Lokasi. air dari teras masuk ke ruangan alias banjir padahal hanya gerimis. Plafon kamar mandi berjamur. Lantai dari parket sdh nglupas2. Ada TV tapi tdk berfungsi krn harus menggunakan internet dari HP. Handuk baru diberikan sekitar jam 8 malam. Sarapan sdh habis jam 8.15 (kecuali nasi goreng) tidak ditambah, tidak ada lauk
