How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests, the room was clean and well equipped with a fridge and air‑conditioning, and the mattress was excellent for sleeping; the restaurant was also a good dining option. Some repairs were needed, such as water leaking under the sink and the shower head needing replacement.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast selection was truly good, the value for money was excellent, and the kitchen (dinner, drinks, etc.) was very good. The shower temperature was hard to regulate, and the pool water could have been better maintained.

The hotel was easy to reach, but the check‑in process left something to be desired.

The room was quiet, spotless, and cozy, and the staff were warm and attentive, going out of their way to make us feel at home. We were, however, not told that the hot water heater was switched off every day from 10am to 7pm, and that the pool gets swamped by dozens of local kids on Saturdays, making it unusable; both of these annoyances could have been avoided with better communication at check‑in.
