The staff attitude and the location were good, but the room smelled, the mattresses and covers were worn, the carpets were bad, and the elevator was out of order.

Nothing. The staff were rude and unfriendly, the rooms weren’t clean, we got a hot‑tub room that was disgusting, and I will never return.
