One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited! Everything was perfect: great location, endless beach, food available 24/7, professional and friendly staff who spoke German and English, clean rooms, and an amazing view. Special thanks to the receptionist—her name started with an “A” (Anaya… or Alaja). She gave us the best room! ❤️ We had an amazing birthday ❣️❣️❣️. Unfortunately, everything else was also a bit of a problem.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have been happier. From arrival to departure every staff member was kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel truly cared for. We booked the spa just to enjoy the hammam, then were offered massages and couldn’t resist. It became one of the highlights of our vacation. The food was excellent; each dinner had a different theme, making every evening special, while breakfasts and lunches offered a great variety of pastries, pasta, vegetables, salads, and many other options. We spent a lot of time at the beach, and the hotel’s private solarium was fantastic. Because the beach itself is rocky with large stones at the sea entrance, the solarium made getting into the water easier and more enjoyable. Drinks were brought directly to the solarium all day, letting us relax without leaving our sunbeds. The only minor downside was that we had a sea‑view room, and in the evenings we could sometimes hear the hotel’s entertainment program. It wasn’t a major issue for us and didn’t affect our overall experience, but it’s something to note if you prefer complete quiet in the evenings.

We came back for the third time! In 2019 we were absolutely satisfied, but we can’t say that now. The hotel garden is beautiful, and the breakfast and lunch selections are plentiful. The plastic netting along the pool edge was broken and dirty in spots. At the beach, the toilet doors were very dirty from the inside. The entertainment has been the same for seven years, even the music! Dinner is monotonous, always the same.

The surroundings were pretty, and the bazaar was close by; breakfast and lunch were really good. Unfortunately, my little son caught the hand‑foot‑mouth virus in the kids’ pool, and many others ended up in hospitals or suffered vomiting, diarrhea, or the same virus… We had frequent power fluctuations, the air conditioning failed, and we were stuck in a 42‑degree room with a sick child. Once, the elevator jammed with my son inside, and we had to pry the door open.

We were there for the second time and we were not disappointed again! ❤️ The hotel is gorgeous, the staff are very friendly, and the food is delicious and varied.
