I’ve stayed there for years and it was always good, but this time they advertised a hot breakfast from 6‑9. I was ready to leave by 6:30 and arrived at 6, only to find nothing there. I talked to the night clerk, who said the breakfast guy was probably just on the way in. No breakfast was served and there wasn’t even coffee. The night clerk and another staff member did nothing to fix the issue, and the whole experience felt uncaring. I left!

The staff were friendly, but the hotel was extremely dirty and run down, and it was too expensive for a dirty hotel.

Breakfast offered a good variety for guests with broad dietary options, and the location is convenient—right off I‑25 and close to Storry Lake, Highlands University, and the Wildlife Sanctuary. The internet connection wasn’t reliable, so I couldn’t connect all my devices.
