The pool was nice, but the cleanliness was poor and loud music events caused noise disturbances; it got better after I switched rooms.

This cozy “alpine-esque” hotel felt incredibly comfortable, with staff who were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the food was nice. No complaints at all.

The setting is beautiful and the staff are friendly, plus the breakfast is amazing. Unfortunately there was no water in the rooms, and once the bar closed there was no way to get drinks or water.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating; I was greeted by Robert and Hansi, both polite, and throughout my stay they were extremely helpful and attentive. The facilities were great, the location in a rural area made it quiet and peaceful, and the pool and wellness areas were always clean and well maintained—I’d love to return. The only downside was that the price was a bit high, which I understand given the Super Cup and August festival events at the time, but otherwise I can’t complain.
