How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was comfortable and situated nicely with a balcony offering a stunning view. The bedding was good, and the breakfast and dinner were acceptable. A small fridge (like a mini‑bar) would have been welcome.

The selection of rooms was very good and the size was great. However, the sound insulation was lacking and the neighbor’s snoring was a bit annoying.

The room was large, clean, and had a big bathroom, plus parking. There were no drawers or shelves in the bathroom to store items, nor a coat rack. The TV in the room was tiny and worked poorly. There wasn’t much outdoor space to walk around, and we still haven’t found the gardens. A chair in the room would be a plus, as would a small fridge and a small table on the balcony. We got bored at the hotel and left three days early; it does not deserve more than 2 stars.

The hotel grounds are spacious with a large pool in the garden, located on a mountain above the town of Roses and overlooking the entire Mediterranean bay. The dining options—breakfast buffet and dinner buffet—are available in half‑board at a very good price. The dining room has a terrace with views of the city and sea, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. We have nothing negative to mention; we have stayed here several times and have seen the hotel address issues and survive critical periods with great effort.

The hotel is pretty, the welcome is perfect, and there’s a large parking lot. There is no fridge in the room, no safe, a tiny TV, and the shower was disappointing. It is too far from the city on foot.
