“Tranquilidad y espacio”

The courtyard is the real star – a massive, well‑kept garden bursting with fruit trees, blossoms and a couple of grills you can fire up, although the grills are also used by the folks renting the nearby apartments. The shared‑kitchen policy isn’t explained clearly, so many guests assume the food left out is free for the taking and there’s no system for labeling personal items. As a solo traveler I was also told very plainly that I couldn’t have anyone over in my room, which felt a bit off.

Being just 200 m from the beach and only a few blocks from downtown makes the location unbeatable, and the family‑run vibe with the owners acting as great hosts adds a warm touch. The huge patio packed with fruit trees and grills is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Honestly, everything was spot on – I couldn’t find a single complaint.

We arrived to find out they had no record of our reservation, so we weren’t allowed to check in and had to scramble for alternatives. The building itself looks charming and sits in a fantastic location, which is a shame given the mix‑up. Hopefully the front desk will tighten up their booking process.
