The bathroom was the only thing that worked, but the customer treatment was terrible! They asked for a financial deposit for the reservation even though the app didn't mention it. The next day a supposed owner named Igor approached me—if I'm not mistaken—just because I wanted to grab coffee and eat in my room! He was so rude and aggressive that words can't describe it. After he apologized, he still had no profile or any sense of running such a place—disappointing.
