Good location, but it isn't a 4‑star hotel as advertised and the after‑sales service is poor – I've been trying to call to check if my wallet was left there and to get an invoice, but no one answers; the Instagram account is also unresponsive.

Good location, breakfast, but no water. No windows, only light shafts, the pool is dirty, and there is no English‑speaking staff.

The location is good, but the room is noisy; you can hear everything from the floor above and the street.

The hotel is very close to the theatre, a real plus. It’s a historic building and breakfast was great. The downside was the many stairs, which were a problem for anyone with knee issues.
