“Lovely, friendly hotel in a great location”

The location was excellent and staff were friendly and attentive. The common space for breakfast and work was lovely and we really enjoyed the little home-made treats they provided for afternoon tea. Room was small but clean. The bathroom was nicely renovated with a great showerhead. Nice breakfast buffet. Excellent proximity to Bois de Boulogne, Palais de Congres, Arc de Triomphe and the metro. Our sink plug got stuck down after housekeeping came to clean the room and unfortunately was unable to get fixed until the next day. Also, we were advised that we could have a late check-out at 1pm but someone came at 12.15pm to ask my daughter to vacate the room which was unfortunate as I had a meeting until then and could have vacated by 12.30pm
