Cordillera Hotel

“Buena estadía”

The hotel was very comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the location was good (you have to walk a bit to reach the center but the area around the hotel is very pretty and calm). The breakfast was tasty, though the options were limited.

“Cómodo”

The accommodation was comfortable, the staff were efficient, the breakfast was pleasant, and the room was fair for the price. I didn’t like that I was charged taxes as a foreigner, and when I entered the room I found several women’s hairs in the bathtub.

The place was clean with lovely staff, and there was plenty of hot water.

“Comfortable, Welcoming, and Well-Located”

Cordillera turned out to be a solid choice for the price; the rooms were clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well‑prepared, and the on‑site restaurant served delicious meals at reasonable prices. As a remote worker, I was really pleased with the working conditions—the internet was stable and reliable, which was exceptional. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and always helpful, which really added to the experience. The hotel’s location is great, with restaurants and a market nearby. One thing I really appreciated was the hot water and excellent pressure in the bathroom. Netflix access was a nice bonus. The breakfast boxes for early tours could be improved, as they felt rather basic compared to the main buffet. It would be nice to have a mini fridge and air conditioning in the rooms, though neither was essential during my stay.

The location, the friendliness of the staff, and the available food service were great. Parking was available throughout the stay. Overall cleanliness was good and the staff were always ready to attend to any request or concern. The elevator was not available during the first days, but it was resolved later. I would appreciate a bit more variety in the breakfast offering.
