“Un bel hotel, in centro economico e comodo!”
The location, looking out at the square and the Desio cathedral at night, was a great experience! The triple room was very spacious: comfy beds that after a long hard day let you sink into a pleasant sleep. The downside is that you can't book with free cancellation: I travel a lot and an unexpected event could happen.
The hotel is old and its best days are behind it, but overall it’s acceptable. The parking lot is truly dark and the spots are too small for modern cars.

The room was not the one we booked as shown on your website, which is illegal and punishable; my brother and sister own two B&Bs and they told me this is absurd and the host should not do it. The room stank and the wall next to the single bed was moldy. The bathroom had no soap and the fixtures were different from what was displayed online. I left Campobasso at 6 am, arrived at the hotel at 19.30, exhausted from the journey, and at that hour I didn’t know where to go because I was on foot; even though I contacted hotels in the area, none had room. I kept photos of the room and I would like to file a complaint if you want. I’ll send them. Booking loses credibility by doing this.

The bed was filthy and full of spiders, so we left the room in the middle of the night and slept in our car instead. We should be ashamed of giving such a dirty room to guests who pay a lot of money. We tried to reach someone, but despite many phone calls we never got through to anyone. Everything was awful.
