“Comfortable older motel that is near to everything the area has to offer.”
I was lucky to find a spot that fit right on my route, and even though the building is older, the rooms were spotless. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay, and I’d definitely come back. Dollywood is about 15 minutes away and Gatlinburg just a little farther. The pool was clean and well maintained—just a wonderful place. The only downside was that if I’d been in a front‑room, the highway noise would have been pretty loud, but the hostess moved me to a back‑first‑floor room with only trees behind, so there was no problem.
I forgot about the breakfast, but the room was very reasonably priced and close to easy local restaurants and shopping centers.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the air conditioner kept it chilled through the August heat. My wife especially liked the old‑school heat lamp in the bathroom. Ms. Grace at the front desk was a pleasure and very accommodating. It would be nice if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast, but we understand that adding that amenity would affect the rates and that the hotel may not have the facilities to do so.
