The room was extremely elegant and the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. The garbage wasn’t emptied daily, and the jacuzzi was dirty; I told the staff, they said it was fine because the water was clear. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it. In the bathroom, you can’t fill the tub with water, only use the shower.

The room was huge. It had a coffee maker and a kettle, so you could make coffee and tea in the room. The sauna was not operating.

The building itself was impressive, and the way we entered the room and saw the furnishings was great. The quality of the equipment and furniture stood out, especially the TV option and the bottled mineral water. Everything was clean, organized, refined and stylish. However, the sauna was broken, and we only received a notification about this just before our trip. We couldn't find any information about using the jacuzzi or the sauna, nor did we get an email with details. We would have liked to use them, as that was one of the reasons we chose this place and paid more than the average Lake Balaton rates. On the terrace, the chair was already corroded and needed replacement—just a minor annoyance.
