Nothing. This hotel let us down completely. We booked a room and received confirmation in April, but the trip was in mid‑September. On arrival we went to the address given, late at night with a small child. We found the hotel by name and address, but at the spot we learned from staff that our booking, made through Booking, was not on file. They said all rooms were occupied and that “two months ago the hotel was bought by new owners, still at the same address and name, but the Booking profile is new” and that “apparently no one passed our booking to them.” No one notified us that our reservation was invalid, and we only found out on the spot, forcing us to scramble at night for another hotel that could take us – terrible condition, awful service and attitude toward guests.
