The location was great and the staff were very friendly, and the rooms had air conditioning. However, the women's bathroom had a leaking sink, there was no staff available for check‑out, and we couldn’t buy bottled water. We noticed a minibar at the entrance and wished there was a self‑service payment system.

The staff were amazing—Mariana, the owner, is such a sweetheart, and the rest of the team were just as friendly. I asked for a little extra time to stay, and they handled it with patience. The only thing that felt a bit off was the shower timer: it only lets you run water for 8 minutes, so if you want to wash your hair you have to wait the 10‑minute break. Not a big deal, just a quirk.

The place is right next to the bus station, the room is tidy and clean, the receptionist was very attentive, and they even have a separate bathroom.
