It’s handy right across the road from Bolivia Hop, the hot water is great, and the beds are excellent. Don’t book a room above 14; they won’t help with your bags and the altitude makes you climb up.

The location is superb right in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from the pier, breakfast is lavish with a wide variety of fresh fruit and made‑to‑order juice, you can leave luggage there and the rates are very reasonable.

Close to bus stops and the port; the room offers lake views, is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The shower water‑heating unit could heat more.
