The hotel met all expected standards, the breakfast was excellent, the rooftop offered unlimited hot drinks, the rooms were spacious with real windows, and the staff were very kind, yet the badges fall apart easily, so you have to ask for a key instead.

The location, breakfast, and staff friendliness were all good.

The location was fantastic, the rooms were clean and welcoming, the breakfast was wonderful, and the service was excellent—everything we liked.

I had known this place before; its original décor and fantastic location were highlights, but the room cleaning was mediocre, the fridge was empty, the coffee pods were replaced only occasionally, breakfast had worsened, and the staff were notably unfriendly.
