I was grateful when the hotel stepped in after my previous reservation was cancelled and offered me a last‑minute spot for one night; I paid cash and then booked again. The food was really good. One night, while I was sleeping, three guys from another room knocked on my door to change the AC temperature, which was rude even though they were guests. I told reception about it. Other guests were also noisy at night—chairs dragged and people talked loudly.

The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, and cleaning was done daily; the staff were helpful. However, the restaurant area was dirty, and although the food tasted okay, it was often served cold. They also ran out of juice repeatedly during our stay. The soft furnishings in the rooms, restaurant, and lobby need a deep clean, and the lobby and elevators should be cleaned more often to keep a good standard of hygiene and presentation.

One staff member named Sateesh was very cooperative during our stay, but the room was not clean. The washroom was pathetic, the commode was horrible with a broken seat cover, water kept running out of the flush, and the TV was not working.
