They cancelled our booking without calling me. I only found out on the same day I was supposed to arrive by calling them. The customer service was very poor.

Nothing. Arrived at accommodation after 7pm to get msg cannot host us cos of trouble with plumbing and can stay somewhere else 25 minutes walk away. We had already been in taxi from train station to the place. Decision was to decline.Workmen end the day at least 5.30.Hosts can have told us then

Absolutely nothing at all,the house was vile, unclean and a drug den. Avoid at all costs,I even had the owner of the property son banging on my door at 2300 demanding more money, ive also pics of the drug misuse in the property. The drug misuse i had to encounter, the lack of facilities, very unclean, other guests in the property that actually lived there were very loud right through the night
