When I booked, I chose a room with two beds because I needed one, and the room was moved from upstairs to downstairs without any extra charge; the location was not mentioned.

It was convenient, but the housekeeping team knocked on my door too often and I would have liked a refund.

It was inexpensive and located just off the freeway, yet it was not cleaned properly. At first glance the room appeared fine, but on closer inspection there were stains on the comforters and curtains, a brown spot on the fitted sheet, something that looked like fecal matter on the back of the bathroom door, and a yellow streak running down the wall opposite the toilet.

The motel was near the expressway, but opening the door revealed a strong mildew odor. In the renovated bathroom above the tiles, moisture bubbles appeared in the ceiling, cracks in the wall, and rust around the vents. The sheets and towels were dingy, the floor was filthy, and the door had a bottom gap that let bugs in; a roach was seen near the desk. As a frequent business traveler, I couldn't wait to leave after checking out at 6 am. I usually bring my own linens, towels, bleach, and Lysol, and I felt very uncomfortable.

Location wasn't too bad. I enjoyed how it was close to a McDonald's in case I wanted a quick bite to eat, and it was at the very front of a row of about 5 other hotels so it was easy to find. It was also right next to the work I had to do which was nice. If I had to get nit picky, I would talk about the ems station that is right next to it. On one hand, it's nice being close if you're ever in any medical danger. But it was not uncommon for you to hear their sirens at any time of the day since they're open 24/7. Not a big issue, but just something to consider in case you have trouble sleeping
