“Un personal tan calido que olvidas los detallitos de la infraestructura. Ubicación 100%”
The staff’s warm treatment is the main highlight. I think they should replace the bedding and modernise the room equipment.

I had an amazing time at Hotel Ruinas in Cusco and I’d love to recommend it! I’ll always remember my stay and I’m already looking forward to coming back. If you’re thinking of visiting Cusco, make sure to put it on your list!

On the first night we asked for a quiet room, and Mr. Josué immediately granted our request, giving us a super quiet room with a balcony; we’re very grateful for his help! He also took great care of us over the next few days.

We received an upgrade to a loft‑suite with a jacuzzi, which was very comfortable and full of charm. The breakfast was complete and items were restocked whenever something ran out. The check‑in was very early (9 am), but the receptionist let us leave at 10 am, calling us into the room at exactly 10 am to tell us to check out.
