The staff were super friendly and well trained, always ready to help whenever we asked. You can truly rely on the reception’s support and attentiveness. The price feels a bit high when you look at the room standards—bed, TV, air conditioning, accessibility—and the limited extra amenities. Still, the hotel is honest about what it offers, clean, and the service team is very helpful.
