Nice location, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Because of the hostel rules, you have to wear changing shoes, so the floor stays spotless.

Why wasn’t it mentioned that basic necessities (toilet paper, changing shoes, a shelf) cost extra? Check‑in took about 30 minutes when I was in a hurry, and I had to make the bed myself, whereas other hostels include and organize all those items for comfort.

Very client‑focused and caring staff. The mattresses need an update.

The ride from the station to the hotel was pricey. I booked a room with a window based on photos, but it turned out to be a basement room. Finding the location felt like a quest, especially at night. At the entrance, there were moody, drunk, rude, probably stinky people. I started heading down to the basement, opened a door, and students were running around. While I was going down, I already called a taxi to the hotel in Ukraine on Maidan. In short, I didn’t stay there and I'm glad I didn't. The Maidan option is 100% more expensive but worth it. Maybe some people are fine with these conditions.
