Everything was excellent from start to finish: friendly staff, good food, a comfy bed, and amazing views from the spa and pool. No complaints.

The restaurant is fantastic, the spa superb, and the staff are wonderful. There could be a few more disabled parking spots.

The décor is beautiful, the spa lovely, staff friendly, and the food great. The view from the restaurants and spa is breathtaking, the bar counter top is stunning, and the shower facilities in the room are fabulous with pleasantly scented hand and body wash. Parking is good. I tried to connect by phone several times over two days using IVR options 1 and 5, but the 3 pm check‑in had a long queue with only one staff member. There was no mini‑fridge in the room, and it took three phone attempts to get an ice bucket and glasses (which I’d also requested on the electronic acceptance the day before). Breakfast lacked saucers, plates, and milk, so we had to use napkins as plates for the croissants. The bar stools and teal velvet chairs in the restaurant had limited back support, though both sets look beautiful. The spa could use a QR code for ordering refreshments to avoid having to go to the reception area. More staff in the main restaurant and spa would help.

“Great Sea View on Hillside Location”

The room and bathroom were a good size, all facilities were first class, and we ate at the Lookout where the food and staff were fantastic; my wife enjoyed the spa and pools, which were excellent.
