The breakfast is very good, the rooms are fine, the staff are very attentive, and the parking is very useful. There were cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom.

The hotel was very good and the coffee excellent. There is no restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The location is good, very central. The staff were not attentive; I asked for glasses and towels that weren't in the room, and after about 40 minutes of no response I had to call again and heard a very flat reply that I would have to wait because there was only one person on support and she was busy. I understand that the team might have been understaffed, but the phone service was rude. The shower in our room was broken, and there was no spare element to replace it; the showers are simple, so they should have had stock for such issues. The mess left in the bathroom while trying to fix the shower was not cleaned up. The bed linens and towels were also weak.
