We booked and paid over a month ahead, and when we arrived at 6 pm on the day of our reservation, we were told the hotel was oversold and had no room for us. The front desk did nothing to help us find another place or offer any assistance.

The hotel is pretty nice, the room is good and the TV has many viewing options. The staff were not friendly; I had to knock on the manager’s door for service while checking in, and when I left there was no one at the desk, so I just left my key on the counter.
