I am unable to answer that !!!!!!. Why are you wasting my time constantly sending me surveys to rate this establishment. The Leaking Well is closed and only because I contacted the venue to book a meal for the night of my arrival was I told that the place was permanently closed and after checking on your website to read that no further bookings were being taken. But of course that did not stop your company removing the cost of our stay from my Bank account 2 days before I was due to arrive and stay at this non existent venue. And yes I have complained and of course you have refused to repay me because of the terms and conditions as my complaint was not done in your time frame. I along with my Husband and Son were travelling to stay in this non existent place prior to a family Wedding the next day where I am pleased to report was in existentence along with the wonderful Dew Drop Inn we booked to stay in because of course your company was sending us to a venue that didn't exist! Your company could of ruined a very special occasion but it didn't and there is an awful lot more I could say regarding the personal circumstances surrounding this event but I don't think your company is worthy of these personal details Surfice to say we as a family we have used your company many times in GB and Europe but please be assured we will not be in the future. Fortunately we are in a position to absorb the loss of money and accept the extra expenses in having to find another place to stay because of your appalling service

Nothing good. I wasn’t able to stay there because it had closed before I got there. I found out by accident that the property had closed before the date of my booking. Neither the property nor anyone else informed me directly. The property told me to contact for a refund. They are being extremely difficult to deal with. I WANT A FULL REFUND AND COMPENSATION.

I arrived to find the hotel boarded up and closed; the garage next door told me it had been shut for weeks. When will I get my money back?
