“Great staff but rooms need to be refreshed”
The location was great. The included breakfast was excellent, especially with a vegan option, and the breakfast staff were super helpful and friendly. However, we last stayed here 4 years ago and it seems to have declined since then. Our assigned room’s window didn’t close, so the kind receptionist moved us to another room. Both rooms were stylish and clean but looked tired. The whole place could use a bit of TLC: chipped paint, stains on couches, walls, and carpets, and the toilet was coming away from the wall.
