“Prefer not to stay again”
The position is fine. The room smelled like curry, the power outlets were taped shut, and there was no hot water for the shower.

The food is brilliant, the service is brilliant, as always.

It’s quite warm and close to shops.

The location was good for where I needed to be. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and helpful. The room was in desperate need of renovation, as were the corridors and reception. The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and the plumbing was very noisy. Street noise and a pub across the road were unbearable, making it impossible to sleep; it went on until the early hours.

The personal service is good. The cleanliness is lacking.
