The place is relatively close to the city and still walkable within 15 minutes, I only shared the hallway with another guest who had their own private bathroom, but I never saw them during my stay. The room was decently spacious, so you can leave your suitcase open without it getting in the way. Finding it the first time can be a challenge – you have to go into a residential building and take the elevator to the 6th floor for check‑in.

The location is good for walking around the city. The room is large, bright, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast isn’t served, but there is a fully equipped kitchen available at any time, with hot and cold drinks and small packaged sweets on hand. Mr. Donato is very kind and helpful.

Everything! Great location, great host. On‑site parking was full, but Donato offered an alternative 150 meters away. The room was very comfortable, the Wi‑Fi was great, and the bed was cozy. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious. The air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted and was very loud.
