“SCANDALEUX, INACCEPTABLE”
We absolutely avoided this place. The displayed rating felt outdated. We had arranged a 16:00 arrival, which was approved, yet everything was shut and there was no one on site when we got there. After calling the listed number, the manager (or whoever that was) told us a cleaner would come to greet us. We waited about 15 minutes. When we finally entered, the disappointment was complete: no dining options, a very run‑down room, extremely dirty tiled floor, wrinkled linens, overall a sense of neglect and lack of cleanliness. After handing us the key, the cleaner left, leaving us alone in the building. That situation shook us and eroded trust. Given those conditions, we left at 21:00 and hit the road again. We spent 132 € for nothing. I booked through Booking, expecting at least a minimum guarantee on quality. It’s outrageous that an establishment with such conditions is still listed on your platform. For us, this was a real deception. I strongly advise against staying here.
