The staff were super friendly, the room was clean and stocked with toiletries, and the beds were very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome drinks and fruit, which was lovely, and the restaurant food was delicious. The only problem was that I booked a room for a 16‑year‑old, but the front desk asked for an extra charge. They eventually waived it, but the booking page should clearly state any age‑based fees. The room felt a bit warm because there’s no AC, but the ceiling fan helped.

They were very accommodating and went the extra mile for other requests, making my wife’s 50th birthday special. The place is spick and span and very safe. When hungry, there’s a mini‑cafe outside and a cat café nearby. Staff are polite and helpful. Room amenities are ample, modern, sufficient, and easy to use. I love the interior design, the beds are very comfy, and the wide windows are simply nice. No complaints—I just wish they offered a breakfast buffet, but overall the experience was exceptional.
