Everything was excellent—no complaints. The location, cleanliness, comfort, and friendliness all met my expectations.

The location, cleanliness, and staff friendliness were all great. However, the restaurant service was awful; I had to chase the waiter for a menu after waiting almost thirty minutes.

I appreciate Moxy’s sustainability efforts and the wide breakfast selection, though the space felt a bit crowded, likely due to rush hour. The biggest issue was the street noise in my 6th‑floor room, which made it hard to sleep, especially with the hard bed. Additionally, there was no water or electric kettle in the room, and the minibar was completely empty—unhelpful if you arrive late at night and just want to rest. At 346 EUR, the experience fell far below my expectations.

The room services and room capabilities were disappointing.
