The staff were very welcoming, especially Joe who was attentive and kind, even giving us a complimentary beer before we left. The location and the view from the beautiful room were great, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom cleanliness needs improvement, and the recurring complaints about leaking toilets still haven’t been addressed, which is a shame given the hotel’s potential. The hall was swarming with flies, a common issue in the area. We were disappointed that the bathtub was too large for the small hot water ball provided, so we missed a hot bath on the first night and only got a shower the next morning. There’s no rail on the terrace, which could cause accidents, and the floor at the back is littered with debris, breaking the charm of the place; I hope our comments prompt some changes.

Joe was incredibly helpful and so friendly that I’d come back just to see him again. The view was amazing.

The view was good. The location was too far, the room was dirty with an eyelash on the table, the mirror was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the linen was dirty, the breakfast was poor and made me feel sick. At 7 am someone started work outside my door so I had to wake up, and when we asked for the Netflix PIN they only gave it after I asked four times and after 48 hours.

Only the view is nice. The hygiene was bad, the pool was dirty, the toilet leaked, the room didn’t match the photos, the bathroom was filthy, the trash bin had a black streak, and when I asked for a refund I didn’t even get 10 % back even though I stayed only one of the five days.
