The location is good, but there was no hot water and no prior notice; after checking in they explained it was an electrical issue, so the hotel isn’t worth the price.

The staff were super friendly and helped me check in quickly. However, the room was a letdown - it looked nothing like the pictures, and it was basically a joke. The broken toilet was right next to the bathroom, which was already a weird setup. There was dirt on the bathroom floor, and the room had old jocks lying around. We didn't even get any soap or towels at first, but after I asked, they finally brought some.

The bed was super comfy and the staff were really friendly, but I have to admit, it's weird to find bugs in the room, even if it's normal.

The bed was super comfy and the blanket was cozy, but the bathroom was a bit of a mess. The toilet was clean, but everything inside was in the wrong order - the towel holder was above the toilet bowl, the tissue holder was far away from the toilet bowl and trash bin, and the mirror was just sitting on the floor. The frames on the wall had the company logo in them instead of any art, and the light bulb wasn't working. We also didn't get a key, which was a bit weird.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel in the quiet part of Siargao, and it did look beautiful from the outside. The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a nice touch. However, things took a turn for the worse when I stepped into my room - it smelled musty and the shower wasn't properly cleaned. The mattress was also super hard, and I could hear my neighbors through the thin walls. Overall, I felt like I was paying way too much for what I got.
