The hotel’s location was perfect, the décor immaculate, and the staff were wonderfully helpful; the public spaces felt contemporary and sophisticated, creating a lovely atmosphere. Room 305 overlooked the town square with a charming triple window, was spacious, stylish, and very comfortable. My friends stayed in room 215, a Hardwick room with a beautiful mountain view, and they also found it very comfortable and beautiful. Parking in the hotel garage was easy, and the food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent, offering a varied menu of delicious dishes at very reasonable prices with generous portions. The staff throughout were all friendly, helpful, and kind. I had booked the garage area in advance, arrived early, and was fortunate to check in immediately as the rooms were ready; the team, especially Philippa, Maria, and Siri, went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Thank you – we had a great time and hope to return. The only slight suggestion would be to add some earl‑grey or peppermint tea bags to the in‑room trays.
