The service from Mrs. Eli is the best—very friendly and warm. It’s right in the city center, directly opposite a metro station, making it easy to get around. A 100 % recommended place :)
What stands out most is the welcoming, warm, and simple approach of the lady who greets you and keeps an eye on your stay; she makes you feel like family or at home. The facilities are a bit old and could use a renovation.
“Great room for the price”
I got a notification that they had to put me in a different room, so it was an upgrade and it was very comfortable. It was close to where I had an appointment, so the location was good. It was just a quick overnight stay and I didn’t find anything wrong with the place.

The location and balconies are nice. There was never hot water in the bathrooms. Some tenants were very noisy. One night an Alexa speaker blared at full volume every five minutes. The house is in poor condition: the floor is loose, the bathrooms are dirty, doors don’t close properly, windows are broken. It feels more like a neighborhood than a hotel.
