“Ideally situated to explore Madrid”
The hotel is very centrally located and clean. The bed and synthetic pillows were not very comfortable.
“Hermoso hotel Boutique”
The furniture quality feels like a boutique hotel, beautifully decorated, with spacious rooms, double windows, and a thermo‑panel that keeps the room insulated and quiet.
“Overpriced, underserviced and unfriendly staff.”
The hotel sits in a busy city‑centre area with a lot of foot traffic, so the location isn’t particularly special. When we arrived at 6 pm, no one helped with our bags; the front desk had only one person who wasn’t very friendly, which felt understaffed. The room was tiny for three people, and we paid a hefty price for it, but it wasn’t special in any way. The rooftop was nice, though.
“Lively and fun!”
The location is fantastic, the place is very clean, and the rooftop boasts a gorgeous pool and bar. The attached café was perfect for morning coffee.
“Very impressed, great new hotel”
High quality refurb of a beautiful historic building. Facilities and service were all excellent. No faults. Should be full 5 star hotel in my opinion. Pool area is small so sometimes difficult to find a space
